Since the introduction of the Technical Security Device (TSE) requirement, one thing is clear: anyone running an electronic point-of-sale system needs a certified solution. In practice, at NurPro we keep seeing the same three pitfalls — and all three are avoidable.
First: TSE certificate lifespan. Many modules are only valid for a few years — miss the renewal and you risk a forced shutdown. Second: correct export and retention of POS data under GoBD rules, which must be complete and available during an audit. Third: registering every till with the relevant tax office — a requirement that is often simply forgotten.
